เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

1. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม จะต้องเป็นสมาชิก My Lotus’s หรือ สมาชิก Lotus’s Tourist Card เท่านั้น
2. ระยะเวลาการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ตั้งแต่วันที่ 10 กรกฎาคม – 15 สิงหาคม 2568 เท่านั้น
3. วิธีการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และส่งใบเสร็จรับเงิน
   3. ลงทะเบียนร่วมรายการผ่านทาง Line OA @lotussxnext1de เท่านั้น
   4. กรอกชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และอีเมล์ เพื่อยืนยันการลงทะเบียน
   5. ขั้นตอนการส่งใบเสร็จรับเงิน เพื่อสะสม Top Spender และ ลุ้นรับสิทธิ์ชิงโชค Lucky Fan
      3. ส่งใบเสร็จรับเงินร่วมกิจกรรมได้ตั้งแต่ ระหว่างวันที่ 10 กรกฎาคม – 15 สิงหาคม 2568 เท่านั้น (สิ้นสุดเวลา 24.00 น.)
      4. สะสมใบเสร็จรับเงิน Top Spender  ต้องเลือก สาขาที่ซื้อสินค้าเฉพาะ 19 สาขา เท่านั้น

4. การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Top Spender ไม่มีขั้นต่ำในการส่งใบเสร็จรับเงินต่อครั้ง และบริษัทฯจะคำนวนเฉพาะยอดเงินสุทธิ หรือยอดเงินหลังหักส่วนลดเป็นที่เรียบร้อย ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ช้อปสินค้าในโซนซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ร้านค้าเช่าที่ร่วมรายการ ยกเว้นร้านทอง และเฉพาะโลตัสไฮเปอร์มาร์เก็ต 19 สาขาที่ร่วมรายการเท่านั้น
5. ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ต้องเป็นใบเสร็จที่พิมพ์จากเครื่องพิมพ์เท่านั้น โดยใบเสร็จต้องแสดง โลตัส-ชื่อสาขา วันเดือนปี และยอดชำระเงินที่ระบุชัดเจน 
6. มูลค่าใบเสร็จคิดจากยอดจ่ายจริงเท่านั้น สินค้าที่ยกเว้น ได้แก่ เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ยาสูบทุกชนิด สิงห์โซดา และเครื่องดื่มชูกำลังทุกชนิด น้ำตาลทรายทุกชนิด นมยูเอชทีดัชมิลล์ ดีน่า และดีมอลต์ยูเอชที เฮลซ์บลูบอย ผงชูรส อายิโนะโมะโต๊ะ นมผงและนมดัดแปลงสำหรับทารกและเด็กเล็กสูตร 1, 2 ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร เสริมสำหรับทารกและเด็กอายุไม่เกิน 1 ปี ยาอันตราย เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า โทรศัพท์มือถือ สินค้าทรูทุกรายการ บิลเพย์เม้นท์ บัตรเติมเงิน บัตรของขวัญ ศูนย์อาหาร ร้านเช่า กระเช้าของขวัญ และจังเกิ้ลคาเฟ่
7. โปรดเก็บใบเสร็จรับเงินตัวจริง เพื่อใช้แสดงหลักฐานยืนยันสิทธิ์ และกรณีต้องถ่ายรูปส่งหลักฐานใหม่
8. ยอดสะสม Top Spender จะอัปเดตทุกวันใน Line OA เวลา 01.00 น.
9. จำนวนผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ Top Spender มีจำนวน 300 สิทธิ์
10. การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Lucky Fans ต้องมีมูลค่าใบเสร็จตั้งแต่ 1,000 บาทขึ้นไป ช้อปสินค้าในโซนซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ,ร้านค้าเช่าที่ร่วมรายการ ยกเว้นร้านทอง หรือโลตัสโกเฟรช สาขาใดก็ได้ ไม่จำกัดจำนวนใบเสร็จ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ใบเสร็จ ระหว่างวันที่ 10 กรกฎาคม – 15 สิงหาคม 2568 เท่านั้น 
11. จำนวนผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ Lucky Fans มีจำนวน 700 สิทธิ์
12. สงวนสิทธิ์การรับรางวัล Top Spender หรือ Lucky Fans 1 รางวัล ต่อ 1 หมายเลขสมาชิกเท่านั้น 
13. การจัดลำดับที่นั่ง Top Spender จะเรียงลำดับจากยอดช้อปสะสมสูงสุดตามลำดับ เช่น ยอดช้อปสะสมสูงสุดลำดับที่ 1 ที่นั่งหมายเลข 1 และ บริษัทฯ จะนับลำดับจากยอดเงินสุทธิที่ส่งใบเสร็จรับเงิน ที่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขที่ร่วมรายการ จากวันและเวลาที่กำหนดส่งเท่านั้น 
14. ในกรณีมียอดสะสม Top spender เท่ากัน บริษัทฯ ขอมอบสิทธิ์ให้แก่ผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนก่อนตามเวลาที่ส่งใบเสร็จรับเงิน
15. จับรางวัล Lucky Fans โดยวิธีการพิมพ์สลากรายชื่อผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม แล้วจับสลากรายชื่อผู้โชคดีเพื่อรับรางวัล วันที 18 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 10.00-11.00 น. ณ บริษัท ลัคกี้วันกรุ๊ป จํากัด (สำนักงานใหญ่) 3/16 ซอยนนทบุรี 48 ถนนสนามบินน้ำ ตําบลท่าทราย อําเภอเมืองนนทบุรี จังหวัด นนทบุรี 11000 
16. ประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัล Top Spender และ Lucky Fans ผ่านทาง Facebook Lotus’s และ Line @lotussxnext1de ในวันที่ 20 สิงหาคม 2568
17. ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ Top Spender และ Lucky Fans จะต้องยืนยันสิทธิ์รับรางวัลผ่านทาง Google Form ใน Line OA @lotussxnext1de ภายในวันที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2568 หากผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถยืนยันรับสิทธิ์ได้ในวันที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2568 บริษัทฯ จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ และจะทำการติดต่อผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์สำรองถัดไป
18. ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ยืนยันสิทธิ์เรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางบริษัทฯ จะยืนยันโดยการส่งข้อมูลการเข้างาน Lotus's x Nextide Fan Meeting ผ่านทางอีเมลล์ ภายในวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2568  
19. สำหรับรางวัลสำรอง บริษัทฯจะทำการเริ่มติตด่อตั้งแต่วันที่ 25-26 สิงหาคม 2568 (ตามลำดับ) และจะต้องยืนยันสิทธิ์ภายในวันที่ 25-26 สิงหาคม 2568 
20. ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลสำรองที่ยืนยันสิทธิ์เรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางบริษัทฯ จะยืนยันโดยการส่งข้อมูลการเข้างาน Lotus's x Nextide Fan Meeting ผ่านทางอีเมลล์ ภายในวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2568 
21. การจัดลำดับที่นั่งผู้ได้รางวัลสำรอง จะนั่งตำแหน่งแทนผู้สละสิทธิ์รางวัล ไม่มีการเรียงลำดับการนั่งใหม่
22. ทั้งนี้งาน Lotus's x NexT1de Fan Meeting จะมีขึ้นในวันที่ 29 สิงหาคม 2568 Union Hall ชั้น 6, Union Mall กรุงเทพ 
23. การรับบัตรเข้างาน ลูกค้าชาวไทยที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ต้องแสดงบัตรประชาชนตัวจริง ลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติ ต้องแสดงพาสเปอร์ตัวจริง โดยชื่อและ-นามสกุล ต้องตรงกับชื่อ-นามสกุลที่ประกาศผล เท่านั้น
24. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวน 1 คน 1 สิทธิ์ ตลอดระยะเวลาแคมเปญ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ได้
25. กรณีที่ผู้รับรางวัลยืนยันสิทธิ์เรียบร้อย แต่วันงานไม่สะดวกร่วมงาน จะถือเป็นการสละสิทธิ์ทันที ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ได้
26. การซื้อขายสิทธิ์อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ จึงไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบในทุกๆ กรณี
27. ใบเสร็จที่สามารถร่วมกิจกรรมได้ ต้องระบุวันที่ตั้งแต่ 10 กรกฎาคม – 15 สิงหาคม 2568 เท่านั้น โปรดเก็บใบเสร็จรับเงินตัวจริง เพื่อใช้แสดงหลักฐานยืนยันสิทธิ์ และกรณีต้องถ่ายรูปส่งหลักฐานยืนยันสิทธิ์
28. รางวัลไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้ 
29. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเป็นอันเข้าใจ และยอมรับว่ากิจกรรมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทฯ เท่านั้นผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้อง ค่าตอบแทนหรือค่าเสียหายใด ๆ จากบริษัทฯ ไม่ว่าในทางใดก็ตาม
30. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมยอมรับและรับทราบว่าบริษัทฯ จะเก็บรวบรวม และใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม ได้แก่ ชื่อ-นามสกุล, หมายเลขโทรศัพท์, สำเนาบัตรประชาชน, ภาพถ่าย เพื่อการยืนยันตัวตน เพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการเป็นสมาชิก My Lotus’s และเพื่อจัดเก็บเป็นฐานข้อมูลของผู้ร่วมสนุกกิจกรรม และการโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ต่าง ๆ อันเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมนี้รวมถึงผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้บริษัทฯเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ได้แก่ ชื่อ-นามสกุลม, ภาพถ่ายเพื่อเป็นการโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ต่าง ๆ อันเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมนี้

4. For Top Spender participation, there is no minimum receipt value per submission. The company will only calculate the net amount or the amount after discounts. Receipts from purchases in the supermarket zone and participating leased shops (excluding gold shops) at the 19 participating Lotus's hypermarket branches only are eligible.
5. Receipts must be machine-printed and clearly show "Lotus's - Store Name", date, and payment amount.
6. Receipt value is calculated from the actual paid amount only. Excluded items include: all types of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, Singha soda, and all types of energy drinks, all types of granulated sugar, Dutch Mill UHT milk, Deena and Dmalt UHT, Hale's Blue Boy, Ajinomoto MSG, infant and young children formula milk (stages 1 & 2), infant and children's food supplements under 1 year, dangerous drugs, electrical appliances, mobile phones, all True products, bill payments, top-up cards, gift cards, food court purchases, leased shops, gift baskets, and Jungle Cafe.
7. Please keep your original receipts as proof for verification and in case new photo evidence is required.
8. Top Spender accumulated amounts will be updated daily on Line OA at 01:00.
9. There will be 300 Top Spender winners.
10. To participate in the Lucky Fans activity, the receipt value must be 1,000 Baht or more, purchased from the supermarket zone, participating leased shops (excluding gold shops) or any Lotus's go fresh branch. There is no limit on the number of receipts. Receipts must be dated between July 10, 2025 – August 15, 2025 only.
11. There will be 700 Lucky Fans winners.
12. One prize per member ID only for either Top Spender or Lucky Fans.
13. Top Spender seating arrangement will be based on the highest accumulated spending in descending order (e.g., the highest accumulated spender will get seat number 1). The company will count the rank from the net amount of submitted receipts that meet the conditions within the specified date and time only.
14. In case of a tie in Top Spender accumulated amount, the company reserves the right to grant the privilege to the participant who registered earlier based on the receipt submission time.
15. Lucky Fans winners will be drawn by printing out participants' names and drawing lucky winners on August 18, 2025, from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Lucky One Group Co., Ltd. (Head Office), 3/16 Soi Nonthaburi 48, Sanambinnam Road, Tasai Sub-district, Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi Province 11000.
16. The list of Top Spender and Lucky Fans winners will be announced via Facebook Lotus's and Line @lotussxnext1de on August 20, 2025.
17. Winners of Top Spender and Lucky Fans must confirm their prize eligibility via Google Form on Line OA @lotussxnext1de by August 24, 2025. If a winner fails to confirm by August 24, 2025, the company will consider the prize forfeited and will contact the next alternate winner.
18. For confirmed winners, the company will confirm event entry details for the Lotus's x Nextide Fan Meeting via email by August 25, 2025.
19. For alternate winners, the company will begin contacting them from August 25-26, 2025 (in order) and they must confirm their eligibility by August 25-26, 2025.
20. Confirmed alternate winners will receive event entry details for the Lotus's x Nextide Fan Meeting via email by August 27, 2025.
21. Alternate winner seating will fill the spots of forfeited prizes; there will be no new seating rearrangement.
22. The Lotus's x NexT1de Fan Meeting will be held on August 29, 2025, at Union Hall, 6th Floor, Union Mall, Bangkok.
23. For ticket collection, Thai customers must present their original citizen ID card, and foreign customers must present their original passport. The name-surname on the ID/passport must match the announced winner's name-surname.
24. The company reserves the right to limit one person, one privilege throughout the campaign. Rights are non-transferable.
25. If a winner confirms their eligibility but is unable to attend the event on the day, their right will be immediately forfeited and cannot be transferred.
26. The buying and selling of privileges are beyond the company's control, therefore the company is not responsible in any case.
27. Receipts eligible for participation must be dated between July 10, 2025 – August 15, 2025 only. Please keep your original receipts as proof for verification and in case new photo evidence is required.
28. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
29. Participants understand and accept that this activity is for the purpose of advertising and promoting the company's products only. Participants have no right to claim any compensation or damages from the company whatsoever.
30. Participants acknowledge and agree that the company will collect and use personal information of participants, including Name-Surname, Phone Number, copy of ID card, and photographs, for identity verification, to verify My Lotus's membership, to store as a database for activity participants, and for various advertising and promotional activities related to this event. Participants also consent to the company disclosing their personal information (Name-Surname, photographs) for various advertising and promotional activities related to this event.

3.3.3 收据提交获得成为 Lucky Fan 的抽奖资格，必须选择 Lucky Fan（其他门店）选项方可参与。

4. 参与 Top Spender 活动无需每次收据提交设定最低消费金额。公司将仅计算净额或扣除折扣后的金额。收据提交须来自以下消费类型 ：超市区域商品、参与活动的租赁商户（不包括金店），且仅限指定的 19 家 Lotus’s Hypermarket 门店。
5. 所提交的收据必须为打印机打印的正式收据，且需清楚列示 Lotus 店名、门店名称、消费日期及明确的付款金额。
6. 收据金额仅以实际支付金额计算。以下商品不计入消费金额 ：所有酒类饮品、所有烟草制品、Singha苏打水及所有能量饮料、所有种类的白砂糖、UHT 达奇牛奶（Dutch Mill）、Dina 和 D-malt、Hale’s Blue Boy 糖浆、味精（如 Ajinomoto）、婴儿及幼儿配方奶粉（阶段 1 和 2）、1 岁以下婴幼儿专用营养补充品、危险药品、家电、手机、所有 True 商品、各类账单支付、充值卡、礼品卡、美食广场、租赁商户、礼篮商品和 Jungle Café。
7. 请妥善保管原始收据，以备后续用于核实参与资格或需重新拍照提交作为凭证。
8. Top Spender 累计金额将每日凌晨 01:00 于 Line 账号更新。
9. Top Spender 资格名额共 300 名。
10. 参与 Lucky Fans 活动之收据需单张金额满 1,000 泰铢以上，且必须为超市区或参与活动的租赁商户消费收据（不包括金店及任何 Lotus’s Go Fresh 分店）。不限提交收据数量，但仅限 2025年7月10日 - 8月15日期间的消费收据。
11. Lucky Fans 资格名额共 700 名。
12. 每位会员编号仅限获得 Top Spender 或 Lucky Fans 奖项各 1 次。
13. Top Spender 排名将根据符合条件的净消费金额由高到低排序（例如，排名第一者获得第1号座位）。公司将仅根据消费金额及提交时间均以符合活动规则的收据为准。
14. 若出现 Top Spender 累计金额相同情况，公司将优先授予先完成收据提交注册的会员。
15. Lucky Fans 抽奖活动将于 2025年8月18日上午 10:00 - 11:00 在 Lucky One Group Co., Ltd.（总公司），（地址：3/16 Soi Nonthaburi 48, Sanambinnam Road, Tasai Sub-district, Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi Province 11000。）通过抽签方式公开进行，届时将随机抽出幸运获奖者名单。
16. Top Spender 及 Lucky Fans 获奖名单将于 2025年8月20日 通过 Lotus’s 官方 Facebook 及 Line 账号 @lotussxnext1de 公布。
17. 获得 Top Spender 和 Lucky Fans 奖项的幸运者，需于 2025年8月24日前通过 Line 账号 @lotussxnext1de 中的 Google 表单确认领奖资格。若逾期未确认，视为自动放弃，公司将联系下一位候补得奖者。
18. 对于已完成确认领奖资格者，公司将于 2025年8月25日前通过电子邮件发送 Lotus's x Nextide Fan Meeting 入场信息。
19. 对于候补奖项，公司将于 2025年8月25日 - 26日 （依序联系候补得主），并要求于同日内确认领奖资格。
20. 已确认候补奖项的得主，公司将于 2025年8月27日前通过电子邮件发送 Lotus's x Nextide Fan Meeting 入场信息。
21. 候补得主座位将替代放弃奖项者原有座位，座位顺序不作调整。
22. Lotus's x NexT1de Fan Meeting 活动将于 2025年8月29日 在曼谷 Union Mall 6楼 Union Hall 举办。
23. 领取入场券时，泰国客户须出示原始本人身份证，外国客户须出示原始本人护照，且姓名须与公布的获奖名单一致。
24. 公司规定在整个活动期间限制每人仅限获得一次奖项，且不可转让。
25. 若获奖者已确认领奖资格但活动当天无法出席，视为自动放弃，且不可转让奖项。
26. 权利买卖行为超出公司控制范围，公司不承担任何责任。
27. 可参与活动的收据，须为消费日期在 2025年7月10日 - 8月15日期间所开立之收据。请妥善保管原始收据，以便作为领奖及重新提交证明时的凭证。
28. 奖项不可兑换、不可转让或折换为现金。
29. 参与本活动的所有人视为已理解并同意，本活动之目的为公司产品之广告宣传。参与者无权就本次活动向公司提出任何形式的报酬或赔偿要求。
30. 参与者同意并知悉，公司将收集并使用参与者的个人资料，包括姓名、电话号码、身份证复印件及照片，用于身份验证、核实 My Lotus’s 会员资格、活动数据管理，以及与本次活动相关的广告宣传。此外，参与者亦同意公司可公开其姓名与照片，用于本次活动之宣传用途。
